In doing so, this action group helps bridge the supply and demand for sub-national low carbon and resilient infrastructure.
The goal of the Enabling Frameworks Action Group (EFAG) is to strengthen legal, regulatory, and policy frameworks that boost climate finance for cities. It does so by highlighting the role of key stakeholders (like National Governments, National Development Banks, and MDBs) who can reform and strengthen enabling environments.

CCFLA’s Project Preparation Action Group (PPAG), Enabling Frameworks Action Group (EFAG), and Financial Toolbox Action Group (FTAG) invite interested members and external organizations to join thematic sessions throughout 2022 that will include guest speakers and engaging panel discussions. The purpose of these learning sessions is to discuss relevant key topics related to urban climate finance.
