Do you know how to prepare successful investment projects?
From September to November 2020, the Alliance will be running a virtual program that will provide an overview of the phases required for the formulation and presentation of low carbon and climate resilient investment projects. The ABC for the Preparation of Successful Investment Projects (PreP) is an opportunity to gain knowledge, raise awareness on local development of low-carbon and resilient bankable infrastructure projects, as well as build capacity through networks, links with organizations, and international specialists, and improve access to other resources. The program kicks off with a keynote event as a prelude to a series of 10 webinars on basic concepts and technical terms that are key in the preparation and implementation of projects, including the project cycle and sectoral case studies for promoters of investment projects. Likewise, the webinars will be accompanied by free online micro-courses that will offer to delve into the topics addressed in the webinars, as well as to understand the general elements that make up the phases of successful formulation of projects for their financial eligibility, for which there will be an evaluation and proof of participation.

De septiembre a noviembre de 2020, tendremos un programa en una modalidad a distancia que brindará una perspectiva general sobre las fases requeridas en la formulación y presentación de proyectos de inversión bajos en carbono y resilientes a los impactos del cambio climático. El ABC para la Preparación de Proyectos de Inversión Exitosa (PreP) es una oportunidad para acumular conocimientos, sensibilizar en temas sobre el desarrollo local de proyectos de infraestructura financiable con bajas emisiones de carbono y resiliente, así como crear capacidades a través de redes, vínculos con organizaciones, especialistas de talla internacional y acceso a otros recursos. El programa arranca con un evento magistral como antesala para dar paso a una serie de 10 webinarios en conceptos básicos y términos técnicos que se constituyen como claves en la preparación e implementación de proyectos, incluido el ciclo de proyectos y estudios de casos sectoriales para promotores de proyectos de inversión. Asimismo, los webinarios se acompañarán de micro-cursos en línea gratuitos que ofrecerán ahondar en los temas abordados en los webinarios, así como entender los elementos generales que integran las fases de formulación exitosa de proyectos para su elegibilidad financiera, para lo cual se contará con una evaluación y constancia de participación.
