Since its inception, APUIAML has been involved in assisting the government of Andhra Pradesh in preparing and structuring infrastructure projects in urban, industrial, social and tourism sectors on commercially viable models, as well as raising financial resources for the respective ULBs and their projects through AP Urban Development Fund (APUDF) or financial institutions.
APUIAML is working closely with government entities to render end-to-end project delivery services while offering strategic advisory services in the infrastructure sector. The services span areas such as Urban Planning and Development, ULB Infrastructure Development, Urban Sewerage, Water Supply, Urban Transport, Animal Husbandry, Agriculture, Maritime, R&B, minor Irrigation, Finance, Food Processing, Fisheries, Tourism, Fund Raising, etc. The core competencies of APUIAML include:
- Assisting Government entities in project identification, development, and implementation of ‘End-to-End’ transformation services
- Bringing in best practices for operational efficiencies at the project entity level
- Structuring projects to ensure bankability by converging with available schemes, initiatives, and commercial borrowing (as the case may be)
Assistance Criteria
APUIAML has a mandate to support urban local bodies, the Andra Pradesh State Government, its departments and public sector entities in the state.
